Dharmendra Jain is a distinguished leader with over two decades of experience in the flour milling industry. After leading successful operations at Harak Chand Flour Mills and serving as the President of the UP Roller Flour Mill Association and Vice President of the Roller Flour Millers Federation of India, he transitioned into the renewable energy sector. In 2018, he launched HFM Solar, a company dedicated to driving India's solar revolution. As Managing Director, Dharmendra spearheads innovative solar energy solutions and is on track to manage a solar portfolio exceeding 50 MW by 2025. Under his leadership, HFM Solar has rapidly grown its presence, known for delivering high-efficiency solar projects that cater to both industrial and commercial sectors. With a deep commitment to sustainability and clean energy, Dharmendra’s vision is not only shaping HFM Solar but also contributing to India’s larger goal of a greener future. His unique blend of operational expertise and strategic foresight positions him as a key player in the country's energy transition.

Mr Jain holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from the prestigious St. Xavier's College, where he developed a strong foundation in business and finance. His education played a pivotal role in shaping his entrepreneurial mindset and operational acumen, which he later applied to both the flour milling industry and the renewable energy sector.
