Switching to solar is an absolute need, as it not only helps towards carbon reduction but also helps you reduce your electricity costs significantly. When deciding to switch to solar, there are two models / options to choose from, Capex or Resco.
Capex Model
As the name suggests, CAPEX model requires own Capital Expenditure for setup of the solar power plant i.e. customer holds ownership of the asset.
Resco Model
Under this model, a Resco Developer signs a Power Purchase Agreement with the consumer. The developer finances, installs, operates and maintains the solar power plant. They take complete ownership and responsibility of the solar plant for the duration of its lifetime, allowing consumers to go solar without upfront.
