In 2018, he founded HFM Solar with a clear mission, to accelerate India's transition to clean energy. Under his leadership, the company has grown to a 50+ MW operational portfolio, delivering high-efficiency solar solutions across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. Proving himself in academics by graduating B.Com from St. Xavier's College, Mr. Jain combines financial grounding with entrepreneurial vision, building HFM Solar into a company that doesn't just install solar panels, but shapes the future of energy in India.

Over the years, he built deep expertise across transportation logistics, marketing, sales, procurement, and production management, developing a comprehensive understanding of how complex operations are run at scale. His command of labour laws and ground-level execution has made him an invaluable force in navigating the operational challenges that come with a fast-growing solar company.

Chirayyu built his early career across prominent financial and consulting firms, where he worked as a financial analyst and business development professional, gaining exposure to global markets, investment strategy, and high-stakes business operations.
He has now returned to India to join HFM Solar, bringing with him a global perspective, a sharp analytical mind, and a deep-rooted belief in what this company stands for.
